外国人の方が日本で会社設立・事業運営を行う場合、会社情報、資本金、事業計画、許認可、税務・社会保険に加え、在留資格「経営・管理」（旧「投資・経営」）の要件確認が重要です。
When foreign nationals establish a company or operate a business in Japan, it is important to review company information, capital, business plans, permits and licenses, taxes and social insurance, as well as the requirements for the Status of Residence “Business Manager” (formerly “Investor/Business Manager”).
令和7年10月16日施行の改正後は、1人以上の常勤職員、資本金等3,000万円以上、申請者または常勤職員の一定の日本語能力、申請者の学歴・職歴、専門家が確認した事業計画書など、確認すべき事項が増えています。これまで資本金500万円を前提に準備していた場合は、資金計画・雇用計画・事務所・許認可・事業計画を早めに見直すことが大切です。 Under the amendments effective October 16, 2025, more items must be confirmed, including at least one full-time employee, capital or total investment of at least JPY 30 million, a certain level of Japanese-language ability held by the applicant or a full-time employee, the applicant’s academic background or work experience, and a business plan reviewed by a management specialist. If you have been preparing based on the former JPY 5 million capital benchmark, it is important to review your funding plan, hiring plan, office arrangements, permits and licenses, and business plan early.
改正後の主な確認事項：
1人以上の常勤職員、資本金等3,000万円以上、日本語能力、学歴・職歴、専門家の事業計画書。資金・雇用・事務所・許認可の早めの見直し。
